Apartment is spacious with a well appointed kitchen and laundry/bathroom combination. The location is good, right in the centre, on Shotover street, walking distance to everything. Parking on site was on a first come first serve basis and cost $20NZ per day.

Location was amazing and great quality for money, very helpful staff that had flexible check in and check out times to suit our flights. 10/10 for every aspect of the property, comfortable bedding, excellent heating systems, great facilities available in the kitchen area. Very easy access to everything in town only a few minutes walk to ferg burger, the wharf and plenty other hot spots in town. Would only ever book here again for my next holiday to Queenstown

The receptionist was lovely and very accomodating. When we booked our apartment we requested for a car park which the receptionist happily reserved for us. When we checked in, she saw our car was a van and which was way too big for the car parks. She understood we had a new born baby with us so she made the effort find a way for our van to be super close to the door for us. Location was perfect and we had an awesome view. The size of the apartment was perfect for our big island family. Also the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay.

Great apartment with a terrace and lovely view of the lake and mountains from the sitting area and main bedroom. Very well appointed and clean. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Air conditioning provided (it was hot when we stayed for one night only). Good shower. Staff were all polite and very helpful. Good location very close to the centre of town, restaurants and wharf. Just a few minutes walk to the Skyline Gondola. The nearest Four Square food store is a couple of blocks away.

The location and views are superb. The balcony overlooking the Remarkables was just stunning. We had a beautiful apartment and were upgraded for free to a 3 bedder as our 2 bedroom unit wasn't available. It was perfect. Meant I didn't need to share a room with anyone. The staff were polite and very friendly.

Great location. Ideal for families, two bathrooms in the apartment we stayed in. Friendly staff. Previous feedback suggested that there may be parking issues but a large carpark is just at the back and cost $20 per night, not bad considering the location.

The room was a great size, perfect for the 6 of us. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, space to eat and relax. Fully equipped kitchen. The location of the lofts couldn’t have been better for eating out, getting the ski bus, it’s right in the middle of Queenstown. Handy having a washer dryer too. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Clean towels daily. Room looked a lot better in person than in the pictures! Great view from the fifth floor. The lofts deserves a better rating!

Freea, at the front desk, was amazing. She attended to all of our needs, enabled a slightly early check in, in torrential rain, and was able to extend our stay when a Natural Disaster, and State of Emergency was declared in Queenstown. She engaged workmen to look at various issues with the unit. The location was excellent, right in the centre of town. The heaters worked well. It was 4C maximum in late September.

The location was excellent. It was a spacious property with multiple balconies and had well furnished kitchen facilities. If you arrive early you get very convenient parking. We arrived in the afternoon so had to park behind the building (there’s ample parking there) but it required more steps to carry luggage. Not a problem for us but could be an issue for some.
